For plumbers, electricians, HVAC businesses, and other trades, Turnless connects to ServiceM8 and simPRO — the two most widely used job management platforms in Australian trades. When a customer calls, the AI creates a job directly in your system with all the details captured.
What if I don't use any of these?
If your business doesn't use a dedicated booking or job management system, Turnless works with Google Calendar — the AI books appointments directly into your calendar, and you get an SMS notification for each booking.
For businesses that manage jobs manually, Turnless captures the enquiry details and notifies you by SMS. You can then manage the job from the Turnless dashboard, which includes a built-in jobs module with quoting and invoicing.
