Managing team access

You can give team members access to your Turnless dashboard without sharing your account credentials.

Adding a team member

Go to Setup → Team in your dashboard and click "Add team member". Enter their email address and select their role. They'll receive an invitation email to set up their own login.

Roles and permissions

Team members can be given different levels of access. Admins can change settings and billing. Staff members can view calls and appointments but cannot change account settings.

Removing access

To remove a team member's access, go to Setup → Team and click "Remove" next to their name. Their access will be revoked immediately.
