All appointments booked through your AI receptionist are stored in your Appointments dashboard.
Go to Appointments in your dashboard to see all bookings. You can filter by date range, status (upcoming, completed, cancelled), and service type.
Click on any appointment to see the full details: customer name, phone number, service booked, date and time, and any notes the AI captured during the call.
From the appointment detail view, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment. The customer will receive an SMS notification of any changes.
You can export your appointment history as a CSV file from the Appointments dashboard. This is useful for reporting or importing into other systems.
