When a caller asks to book, the AI asks for their name, the service they want, and their preferred date and time. It then checks your calendar for availability and offers the nearest available slot. Once the caller confirms, the appointment is created and an SMS confirmation is sent to both the caller and you.
The AI checks your connected calendar for existing appointments and your business hours before offering a time. It won't offer slots outside your working hours or when you're already booked.
After every booking, the caller receives an SMS with the appointment details. You also receive a notification. Reminder SMS messages are sent automatically before the appointment.
All appointments booked through Turnless appear in your Appointments dashboard. You can view, reschedule, or cancel them from there.
