Setting up your first calendar integration

Connecting a calendar lets your AI receptionist check real availability and book appointments directly into your schedule.

Why connect a calendar?

Without a calendar connection, your AI can take messages and answer questions but cannot book appointments. Connecting a calendar enables real-time availability checking and automatic booking.

Connecting Google Calendar

Go to Setup → Integrations in your dashboard and click "Connect Google Calendar". You'll be redirected to Google to authorise access. Once connected, the AI will check your calendar before offering appointment times.

Connecting other calendars

Turnless also supports Microsoft Outlook and several booking platforms. Go to Setup → Integrations to see all available options. If your calendar isn't listed, contact support.

Testing availability

After connecting, try calling your Turnless number and asking to book an appointment. The AI should offer times based on your actual calendar availability.
