Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Turnless subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you do.

How to cancel

Go to Account → Billing in your dashboard and click "Cancel subscription". You'll be asked to confirm. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

What happens after cancellation

Your AI receptionist will stop answering calls at the end of your billing period. Your data (calls, transcripts, appointments) remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

Reactivating

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time before your data is deleted. Go to Account → Billing and click "Reactivate".
