Reactivating a cancelled account

If you've cancelled your subscription and want to come back, reactivating is straightforward.

Reactivating within 30 days

If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, all your data (calls, transcripts, appointments, business settings) will be restored. Go to Account → Billing and click "Reactivate".

Reactivating after 30 days

If more than 30 days have passed since cancellation, your data will have been deleted. You'll need to set up your account from scratch. Contact support if you need help.

Choosing a plan

When reactivating, you'll be asked to choose a plan. You can select the same plan you were on before or choose a different one.
