Turnless retains your data for as long as your account is active. Here's what happens to your data when you cancel.
While your account is active, all your data — calls, transcripts, appointments, business settings, and caller profiles — is retained indefinitely.
When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account and all data will be restored. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.
If you want your data deleted before the 30-day period, contact support at hello@turnless.ai and we'll process the deletion promptly.
Caller profiles (names, preferences, call history) are stored per tenant. If you want to delete a specific caller's data, contact support.
