Caller phone numbers and conversation transcripts are stored to enable features like caller memory and appointment history. This data is scoped to your account and never shared with other businesses.
As a business using Turnless, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g. the Australian Privacy Act). This includes notifying callers that their calls may be transcribed.
If a customer requests access to or deletion of their data, contact support at hello@turnless.ai and we'll assist you in fulfilling the request.
