Performance metrics explained

Turnless tracks a range of metrics to help you understand how your AI receptionist is performing.

Calls answered

The total number of calls handled by your AI receptionist. This includes all calls where the AI answered, regardless of outcome.

Booking rate

The percentage of calls that resulted in an appointment being booked. A higher booking rate means your AI is effectively converting callers into customers.

Average call length

The average duration of calls handled by your AI. Shorter calls often indicate the AI is efficiently answering questions. Longer calls may indicate complex enquiries or the AI needing more information.

Peak hours

The Analytics page shows when your busiest call periods are. Use this to ensure you're available during peak times for calls that need human attention.
