Go to Calls in your dashboard. Click on any call to open the transcript. You'll see the full conversation between the caller and your AI, with timestamps.
Transcripts show everything said during the call — both the caller and the AI. You can see exactly how the AI handled the conversation, what information it gave, and what actions it took (e.g. booking an appointment).
Review transcripts regularly to spot gaps in your AI's knowledge. If the AI gave an incorrect answer or couldn't help with something, update your business info or knowledge base to address it.
Transcripts are available within a few minutes of a call ending. They're stored securely and accessible from your dashboard at any time.
