ServiceM8 is a job management platform used by plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trade businesses. Connect it to Turnless so your AI can create jobs and schedule work directly in ServiceM8.
Go to Setup → Integrations and click "Connect ServiceM8". You'll be redirected to ServiceM8 to authorise the connection. Make sure you're logged in to the ServiceM8 account that manages your jobs.
When a caller requests a job or service, the AI collects the details (name, address, description of work, preferred time) and creates a job in ServiceM8. The job appears in your ServiceM8 job list for scheduling and dispatch.
Turnless can check staff availability in ServiceM8 and assign jobs to available technicians. If you have multiple staff, the AI can book with a specific person if requested.
As jobs progress in ServiceM8 (scheduled, in progress, completed), the status is reflected in your Turnless dashboard.
