Getting started with Turnless takes about 10 minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account and completing the initial setup.
Go to turnless.ai and click "Get started". Enter your business name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to confirm your address before continuing.
After verifying your email, you'll be taken through a short onboarding flow. Enter your business name, address, phone number, and business hours. This information is used by your AI receptionist to answer caller questions accurately.
List the services your business offers, including prices and durations where relevant. The more detail you provide, the better your AI receptionist can answer questions and book appointments.
Turnless will assign you a dedicated phone number. You can either use this as your main business number, or set up call forwarding from your existing number so calls are handled by Turnless when you're unavailable.
