Your AI receptionist can be customised to match your brand voice — from the name it uses to the way it speaks.
Go to AI Settings in your dashboard and set a name for your AI receptionist. This is the name it will use when callers ask "who am I speaking to?" Choose something that fits your brand.
In AI Settings → Brand Voice, you can describe the tone and style you want. For example: "warm and professional", "casual and friendly", or "formal and precise". The AI will adjust its language accordingly.
Use the Response Guidelines section to give the AI specific instructions — for example, "always mention our free consultation offer" or "never discuss competitor pricing". These rules are followed on every call.
You can customise the opening greeting your AI uses when it answers a call. Go to AI Settings and update the greeting text. Keep it natural and on-brand.
