Choose the voice your AI receptionist uses on calls. Turnless offers a range of natural-sounding voices to match your brand.
Go to AI Settings → Voice in your dashboard. You'll see a list of available voices — click the play button to preview each one. Select the voice that best fits your brand and customer expectations.
Turnless offers a range of voices with different accents, tones, and styles. Australian English voices are available, as well as other accents. All voices are natural-sounding and designed for phone conversations.
If none of the preset voices suit your brand, you can create a custom voice. Go to AI Settings → Voice and click "Create voice". Follow the prompts to configure your custom voice to match your brand's tone and style.
After selecting a voice, use the Test Voice feature in your dashboard to hear how it sounds in a real conversation. You can switch voices at any time without affecting your existing setup.
