The more your AI knows about your business, the better it performs. This guide explains how to give your AI the information it needs.
Go to Setup → Business Info and add every service you offer. Include the service name, a brief description, price (if applicable), and how long it takes. The AI uses this to answer pricing questions and book the right appointment length.
Make sure your hours and address are accurate. The AI answers questions like "are you open on Saturday?" and "where are you located?" directly from this information.
For more detailed information — like parking instructions, what to bring to an appointment, or your cancellation policy — add it to your Knowledge Base under Setup → Knowledge. The AI will draw on this when answering caller questions.
After updating your information, call your Turnless number or use the Test Voice feature in your dashboard to check how the AI responds. Ask it questions your customers commonly ask.
