Your business hours tell the AI when you're open and when appointments can be booked. Keeping them accurate is important.
Go to Setup → Business Info and set your opening hours for each day of the week. You can set different hours for each day, or mark days as closed.
If you close on public holidays, you can add them as exceptions in your business hours settings. The AI will tell callers you're closed on those days.
The AI will never offer appointment slots outside your business hours. If a caller asks for a time when you're closed, the AI will let them know and suggest the next available time.
Calls that come in outside your business hours are still answered by the AI. It will let the caller know you're currently closed, take a message, or offer to book an appointment for when you're next open.
