Your business information is the foundation of what your AI receptionist knows. The more accurate and complete it is, the better your AI will perform.
Go to Setup → Business Info in your dashboard. Enter your business name exactly as you want the AI to say it, and your full street address. The AI uses this to answer questions like "where are you located?"
Set your opening hours for each day of the week. The AI uses these to tell callers when you're open and to avoid booking appointments outside your available hours. You can also set public holidays and special closures.
Enter the phone number callers should be transferred to if they ask to speak with a person. This is typically your mobile or a staff member's number.
List every service you offer with a name, description, price (optional), and duration. The AI uses this to answer pricing questions and to book the right length of appointment.
