Cliniko is a practice management system used by physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and other allied health providers. Connect it to Turnless so your AI can check practitioner availability and book appointments directly into Cliniko.
Go to Setup → Integrations in your dashboard and click "Connect Cliniko". You'll need your Cliniko API key — find it in Cliniko under Settings → API Keys. Paste it into Turnless and click Connect.
Once connected, Turnless reads your Cliniko practitioners, appointment types, and availability. When a caller books, the appointment is created directly in Cliniko and appears in your Cliniko calendar.
If you have multiple practitioners, the AI can check availability per practitioner and book with a specific person if the caller requests it. Practitioner names and specialties are pulled from Cliniko automatically.
Turnless maps your Cliniko appointment types to the services your AI offers. Make sure your appointment types in Cliniko match the services listed in your Turnless business profile.
