Nookal is a practice management system popular with physiotherapy, massage, and allied health clinics. Connect it to Turnless to enable real-time availability checking and direct booking into Nookal.
Go to Setup → Integrations and click "Connect Nookal". You'll need your Nookal API key and instance URL — find these in Nookal under Settings → API. Enter them in Turnless and click Connect.
Turnless reads your Nookal practitioners, locations, appointment types, and availability. Bookings made through the AI appear in Nookal just like any other booking.
If your practice has multiple locations, Turnless can check availability across locations and book at the caller's preferred location.
When a new patient books through Turnless, a new patient record is created in Nookal automatically. Returning patients are matched by phone number.
