Setting up the email channel

Forward your business email to Turnless so the AI can read and reply to customer emails. All threads appear in your Inbox.

How it works

Turnless gives you a unique inbound email address (e.g. tenant-15@mail.turnless.ai). When you forward your business email to this address, incoming emails are captured and appear in your Inbox under the Email tab.

Getting your inbound address

Go to Setup → Integrations in your dashboard and scroll to the Email Channel section. Click "Get my email forwarding address" to generate your unique address. Copy it.

Setting up forwarding in Gmail

In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address → paste your Turnless address. Google will send a verification email — confirm it, then enable forwarding.

Setting up forwarding in Outlook

In Outlook: Settings → Mail → Forwarding → Enable forwarding → paste your Turnless address → Save.

Replying to emails

Once an email arrives in your Inbox, click it to read the thread and type a reply. Replies are sent from your Turnless inbound address. You can also enable AI auto-reply to have the AI respond automatically.

AI reply suggestions

When composing an email reply, Turnless shows an AI-suggested response based on the email thread and your business context. You can use it, edit it, or write your own.
