Using the Inbox

The Inbox is your unified communication hub — calls, SMS messages, and emails all in one place.

What is the Inbox?

The Inbox brings together all your customer communications in one place. You can see and reply to SMS messages, read email threads, and review call transcripts — without switching between apps.

Messages tab

The Messages tab shows all SMS conversations with your customers. Conversations are grouped by contact and sorted by most recent. Unread messages are marked with a teal dot. Click a conversation to read the thread and reply.

Calls tab

The Calls tab shows your call history with transcripts and summaries. Click any call to read the full transcript and see what was discussed.

Email tab

The Email tab shows email threads from customers who have emailed your business address. Once you set up email forwarding, incoming emails appear here automatically.

Unread badge

The Inbox item in the sidebar shows a badge with the number of unread SMS messages. This updates automatically as new messages arrive.
