Customers can text your Turnless number and you can reply from the dashboard. The AI can also reply automatically.
When a customer texts your Turnless number, the message appears in your Inbox under the Messages tab. You can read it and reply directly from the dashboard. The reply is sent as an SMS from your Turnless number.
You can enable AI auto-reply so the AI responds to incoming texts automatically — using the same context as your voice AI. This is useful for after-hours messages or when you're busy. Toggle it on in AI Settings → Messaging.
When composing a reply, Turnless shows an AI-suggested response based on the conversation. You can use it as-is, edit it, or write your own reply.
SMS confirmations sent after bookings also appear in the Messages tab, so you have a complete history of all SMS communication with each customer.
